In order to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the vane vacuum pump,the correct refueling method is very important.The following are detailed refueling steps:

1.Prepare tools:Firstly,prepare specialized tools such as dipstick,refueling funnel,cleaning cloth,protective gloves,and goggles.‌

2‌.Check oil level:Before refueling,be sure to check the oil level of the vane vacuum pump.Open the fuel inlet of the pump and use a dipstick to measure the existing oil level.If the oil level is found to be too low,it is necessary to replenish lubricating oil in a timely manner.

3‌.Cleaning up old oil:Before refueling,wipe the oil stains inside the vane vacuum pump with a clean cloth to ensure that the old oil is removed,which can prevent new oil from being contaminated.

4‌.Refueling steps:Use a refueling funnel to slowly add new lubricating oil into the pump,while observing the change in oil level.When refueling,make sure the temperature of the pump is moderate to avoid deterioration of the oil due to temperature differences.

After refueling,it is necessary to promptly close the refueling port and ensure that it is well sealed to prevent dust and debris from entering the pump.Afterwards,start the vane vacuum pump and check its operating status.If everything is normal,then refueling is complete;If any abnormalities are found,the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

It is recommended to maintain the oil filling amount of the blade type Vane vacuum pump at 1/3 to 1/2 of the observation window,or approximately 5-15ml,to ensure that the components inside the pump are fully lubricated and sealed,thereby ensuring the normal operation of the vacuum pump and extending its service life.Regular inspection and replacement of oil products are also very important.When water or other impurities are found in the oil,it should be replaced with new oil in a timely manner.At the same time,attention should also be paid to recording the time of each refueling,the type of oil,and the oil level information for subsequent maintenance and inspection.
