The working principle of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is to suck in and compress gas through the interaction between the rotor and the rotary vane, and discharge it through the exhaust port.Specifically, the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump consists of an eccentrically installed rotor and two radial sliding blades. When the rotor rotates, these two blades slide tightly against the inner wall of the pump body under the action of centrifugal force and spring, dividing the pump chamber into multiple working areas. As the rotor rotates, the volume of the area connected to the inlet gradually increases, and gas is sucked in;The volume of the area connected to the exhaust port gradually decreases, and the gas is compressed and discharged.
1.Gas suction:As the rotor rotates, the volume of the area connected to the inlet gradually increases, and gas is sucked into the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump chamber.
2.Gas compression:As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the area connected to the exhaust port gradually decreases, and the gas is compressed.
3.Gas discharge:When the gas is compressed to a certain degree,it is discharged outside the pump through the exhaust valve.
The 2X rotary vane vacuum pump has a two-stage structure, and when the suction pressure is high, the high and low stage chambers can exhaust simultaneously; When the suction pressure is low,the gas first enters compression, and then enters the lower stage chamber through the inner airway of the middle wall for further compression before being discharged. This design enables the pump to operate effectively in both high and low pressure environments.2X rotary vane vacuum pumps are widely used in various applications that require a vacuum environment, such as electric vacuum device manufacturing, thermos bottle manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrument matching.Due to its small size, light weight, and low noise,it is particularly suitable for use in laboratories.
