Vertical reciprocating vacuum pump


The main structure of a vertical reciprocating vacuum pump includes a pump body,piston,cylinder,suction valve,and exhaust valve.The pump body is the main part of the vacuum pump,accommodating the piston and cylinder;The piston undergoes reciprocating motion within the cylinder,altering the volume inside the pump body;The cylinder provides motion space for the piston and works in conjunction with the intake and exhaust valves;The suction valve opens when the piston moves downwards,allowing gas to enter the pump body;The exhaust valve opens when the piston moves upward,allowing gas to be discharged from the pump body.‌

In addition,vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps are usually composed of components such as motors,crankshafts,connecting rods,and cross heads.These components are connected by belt drive to form an integrated body and cylinder structure,making the vacuum pump compact in structure,small in footprint,low in cost,and reliable in operation.

The working principle of this product is to generate vacuum through the reciprocating motion of the piston.The piston moves back and forth in the cylinder,changing the volume inside the vertical reciprocating vacuum pump body to achieve gas suction and discharge.When the piston moves downwards,the suction valve opens and gas enters the pump body;When the piston moves upward,the exhaust valve opens and gas is discharged from the pump body,thereby forming a vacuum inside the vertical reciprocating vacuum pump.
